Between European stability and Gulf growth.

I lead Global Corporate Services in Dubai, serve as a partner at Nadeem and Umendra, and founded BOLTEN Law & Consultancy in Istanbul. My work sits where these three markets meet: shareholder agreements, cross-jurisdictional compliance, asset protection and succession planning that have to hold in more than one legal system at once.
